Hiring a POV Helmet Rig ?

Am looking to hire a POV Helmet Rig like this, anyone know where ?

I am aware the photo looks stupid, but from my research this is a easy way to get the POV look with a wide lens.

Any info would be great.

I need a rig that can hold a DSLR not a HD camera, do you have a Helmet Rig for DSLRs?
