How can one advertise for crew with EXPENSES ONLY claim and perhaps a copy of the finished produce and credit.

Advertisement for crew in any bulletins on main forum requires specific figure as lump sum or hourly to be inserted as payment . This is the main reason which the editor gives for rejecting adverts for crew.

Despite having no specific figures inserted 18 out of 20 projects are given EXPENSES ONLY favour of advertising for crew.

Copy of finished film with credits offered and food and travel is accepted sometimes but not at other times however what is the exact wording required to reach the bulletin knowing that some are allowed and other rejected for same offer.

I am looking to form a team of children's animation writers with expense and credits at this stage and the monetary rewards later after the sale.
