How do I contact a film crew in Afghanistan?

I am making a short doc about mothers of British soldiers who were killed in the Afghan war. It would make for a balance of opinion if I could have an Afghani mother telling her story. I cannot go myself as security is not guaranteed.
Any suggestion would be of help.
