Depends upon your budget. We use Aon and they quote based upon production spend.

And not forgetting - how much cover do you need? Don't forget that some crew will already have cover of their own that they can bring to the production if 'they' are involved in an accident to a third party. But this needs to be checked with each person who claims to have it. Check their certificates are current.
Personally, I would get a blanket cover for £5m or £10m - again, depending upon what you are doing.

I did a quick Google search and found online quotes of about £250 for £5m cover for CREW members - not producers.
