Hello everyone, I am quite new here so bear with me :)

After many years of practicing filmmaking in the shadows, I am ready to enter the world with my first serious horror short 'SOMN'.

The film is currently in the final stages of post production with hope to submit it to many festivals to expand my network and meet people to collaborate on my many ideas.

I never used to care about horror that much but suddenly discovered it can be the perfect genre both for entry into the industry as well as storytelling potential.

Now I am anxious that regardless of the quality, getting into festivals is tricky as I have minimal to none previous serious exposure into the industry, therefore any advice from here would be much appreciated! At the moment we have an EPK, stills, trailer and I'm trying to reach out to different press outlets and maybe go to UKFilm Review as well just to get some sort of marketing going, hoping it'll influence festival acceptance.
