I am looking for a cheap house/flat in Los Angeles to shoot a short film. Does anybody have any ideas or know sombody who can help?

I am planning to shoot a short Horror/mystery film in LA in January 2014 and need a location. A house or flat would be needed. We also will have a cat on set. The Budget for the 3 days shoot is $400.
