Rather than recycling a bunch of Latin that may or may not be appropriate, I suggest a plain English agreement between you - ABC is engaging XYZ to act as a camera operator from date until date. Agreed rate is £x/day which is to cover labour, taxes, and a full buyout of all rights to the material worldwide and forever.
For clarity, XYZ is not an employee of ABC, and is responsible for their own taxes and NI and such as a freelancer. The buyout means ABC will fully own all rights to any and all material shot during the dates above, XYZ transfers all their rights to ABC.
Something like that, anyway. More important than boilerplate legalese is that the intent of the signing parties can be clearly shown to have been agreed. If it ever came to it, a judge would be more impressed with explicit plain English than incoherent Latin!
