I am looking for closed caption and subtitling services in Brazilian Portuguese and Japanese

Hi there,
I have a 95 minute documentary soon to be release digitally.
I am looking for subtitling and closed caption services.
The film is in English and Brazilian Portuguese. We currently have an English version (i.e. English subtitles over the Portuguese bits).
I need closed captions for this.
I also need a fully Brazilian Portuguese version and a Japanese version.

Some platforms such as ITunes have very strict rules re the subtitling/caption quality sio I am looking to reach these requirements.

Any suggestions welcome!
