I can pay a small fee and it should only take a couple of hours. Any french film makers out there who would be interested? Or is there a source of information on film translators that I could look into?

I can recommend Helene Walters-Steinberg who is French-English by birth and bi-lingual. She's also a complete book worm and bey smart so should be good for translating inference and nuance.
