I would like to a produce a short film. I am looking for a some ideas for the short film and are looking for some interesting screenwriters to work with. Also have ideas of my own that I would like to work with a screenwriter to help me put these ideas on paper to then produce into a film. Hi Ben,
I am the 2015 Screencraft Quarterfinalist for my short film "Decision". A story about a son who has to make the ultimate decision of whether or not to pull the plug on his cancer ridden father whose only wish is to stay alive to win an award at a film festival. I believe the script touches upon some of the issues in the healthcare system and is a good script to tackle the topic.
Also, I wrote a 2 page silent script, "Pills", about a dysfunctional relationship. On a lighter note, I wrote a short film, "Gina. A story about an Indian kid that falls for Gina, the girl he tutors. He is bullied by her brother, who does not like the relationship. On the 4th of July, he asks the Machiavellian question and discovers whether or not to strike revenge on his despised bully in order to date, Gina. It is a dark comedy.
I continue to write a feature film called "The Audit". A story about an auditor who gets a case and uncovers a dark sinister plot. I would appreciate the opportunity to talk with you and discuss the opportunity of working with you. Thanks.
