INDEXi have made a short film, how do I know what festivals to submit to?

It is a drama about two sisters, naturalistic and I suppose a european/art house feel to it, I have absolutely no idea how to decide which festivals to apply to, any advice would be much appreciated!

Try https://filmfreeway.com/ it has listings of short film festivals all over the world, tells you all about them and what they look for and even has reviews from people who've entered them too, very useful.
