INDEXI need a grotty locker room to shoot a scene in. Can anyone help?

I'm shooting my short film, The Dress, last two weeks of April and one scene needs to be in a grotty locker room. Its a scene with just two actors in it.
I'd be grateful for any help in locating this! This is a micro budget film so I'm hoping to get a place in exchange for a credit plus a photography session. I found another location for another scene and they needed a formal photograph of their committee! Or a small reasonable fee... anyone know of anything?
