I need help with a financial plan for an application to Creative England. Is there an exec prod who can help me create something to submit?

Is there anyone who could give me guidance. We have potential investors and a gap/equity fund. All need to be entered in the right order and with percentages etc
I'd like an exec with experience of working with this kind of financial proposal.
