Directing Recommendations Current Film Talk Producing

I need organised people to help me organise my micro budget feature this late autumn.

I've advertised for a line producer in the expenses only jobs section but this might be ignored by an experienced person but could be good for someone who is an initiative taker and very organised and wants the experience of seeing through a whole feature. In the past I've worked with some very young people who are amazing and of course they have now moved on. I'm sure there must be talented young graduates out there who would be keen to be directors' assistants. Are there graduate notice boards out there?Any ideas welcome. Thanks.
