INDEXIf Anyone Could Help... Legal: Broadcast Contract for an Indie Short, 2 or 3 Terms I Don't Understand.

Hello,
If anyone is legal-minded and contract savvy and has 10-15 minutes free to help out a independent filmmaker I'd be very appreciative. As it's confidential I can't post the exact details here but hopefully my outline gives some idea.
I have the potential to broadcast my 1st short film and have a 7 page contract from said broadcaster. With the help of a TV buyer I've gone through it all but there are a few terms we don't have a clue what they're trying to say as the language is far too legal. And I'd really prefer to get back the broadcaster with the correct information and in a good knowledgeable position. I'd be very grateful if someone who knows they're stuff would like to offer to help. I'm so over budget on this short that services could be paid for in wine, beer, coffee and/or return favours. For efficiency online or over the phone is best, but if you're in London like I am then for sure we could meet up.
OR If anyone knows of a good place to get advice such as this, apart from a £500 lawyer.
Thanks for taking the time to read this post.
Ash.

Asking sensible questions shouldn't be an issue - simply phone them and say "I love that you like my film, and I get most of the terms, but what does A, B C mean?"
