I'm starting a Production Company In Chicago IL, Need Key Members

I need a Director, Editor, Cinematographer, Gaffer, Key Grip, Sound Mixer, Sound Recordist , and a Assistant Director [Plus everything else] for my Production Company AYR Productions. I am a new producer based in Chicago,IL.
I am producing full time and i'm really interested in meeting the film community and working with other filmmakers. I am producing a short film currently "The Plan" which I have a few team members but only temporary. I'm hoping to find others who want to make Films, Web Series etc. basically If you want people you can call up and make a movie with than your in the right place. Let's Make some movies. I can't pay wages right now but hopefully after awhile I will be able to pay you guys. I will take care of movie expenses though.
