In your role, what rate would you expect to be offered on a low budget short film?

Putting budget together for BFI funding application - particularly want to know rates for:

DOP
Gaffer
Grip
1st AD
3rd AD
Production Designer / Art Director (shared role)

The total budget will be under £15,000 - shooting 4 days with industry standard kit (hired in), two actors, two locations, contemporary setting. What would you consider a reasonable fee?
