Hi All,

I have a Sony-Z7 kit that I am looking to hire out for some extra cash and I am wondering what would be a reasonable non rental-house rate to rent it out for?

The kit includes the camera body itself, supplied interchangeable zoom lens, Sony ECM-XM1 shotgun mic, 2 x batteries & charger, Sony HVR-MRC1 CF card reader, remote control & 70mm UV lens filter. All are inside a hard AJ flightcase. Also available is one set of Sennheiser EW-100 G3 radio mics and a Manfrotto 055CL tripod with case.

I was thinking £70/day, £150/week & £200 3-day weekend hire as rates.

What do you all think?
