Hello,
Seeking an int. council estate flat in London for 3/4 days shooting. Have small budget can stretch to around £250 per day.
Long list of ideals like sparsely furnished, high floor with balcony, ideally two bedroom..
Any suggestions welcome.

Hi -
I have a first floor 1-bed place in Hoxton, right on Shoreditch Park.
No balcony but communal walkway to front door facing the park.

I have tenants who move out later in June so not available till then. Let me know if this is of interest.
