INDEXIs anyone making short films around Croydon?

I'd like to know how active the filmmaking scene is around Croydon. I'm interested in working as a Production Assistant or Runner on short films around Croydon, especially on anything starting in January. Any food and travel expenses (covered?) appreciated. I do have certain limitations as I have a medical condition but I am willing to learn.

Hi, I am trying to get ideas down & write with a view to produce/direct etc as on a tight budget & need a calling card. Yes a production assistant runner would be great & can cover expenses. Message me so more private. Also I met a writer from Croydon at London screenwriters event which recommend for networking meeting people.
