Location needed: tired flat or bedsit in Bristol?

Hello

I'm looking for a tired flat or bedsit, ideally with tired decor to shoot a dark short film of a guy down on his luck.

Location could be Bristol, Bath or surroundings.

We want to shoot asap as the subject matter is very timely. There is an opportunity for whoever is able to help with this to get involved in this no budget short with a good script and professional actor.

Any help most appreciated.
