Hi Shooters!

I'm really hoping you can help me out.
I'm directing my first self-funded feature called Murder Ballads about a rock band who will do anything to make it big in the music industry. Lie, steal, cheat...Murder.

I am planning to shoot once government restrictions allow and in the meantime I'm doing a virtual scout for a few locations detailed below.

Ideally they would be in or around London, however other areas would be considered for the right location.
This being a self funded film though cost is king and so anything lo/no budget will be very welcome.

Auditions - Hallway/Reception/Waiting Room
Essentially a nice looking space that a signed rock band would hold auditions. Needs a couple of doors and room for a few chairs.

Auditions - Bathroom
Modern clean office ladies bathroom with a few cubicles and ideally a hand dryer (not a dyson one)

Auditions - Piano Room
A spacious room with a grand piano

Janice's and Deirdre’s House
Two nice quaint expensive looking houses with a well kept front gardens. Ideally next door to each other but not essential. Filming mostly takes place on the doorstep rather than inside the house.
Nice to have but not essential: back garden with glass backdoors visible from front door.

Photo studio
A photo studio with enough room for a coffee table, a few chairs or a sofa. A kitchen space either in the same area or separate needed too.

Warehouse
A derelict empty warehouse, ideally with a great exterior as well.

Any suggestions for any of the locations would be very welcome.
