Logos / Trade Marks in public places

Hi, I'm making a short which involves a number of ( outside ) street scenes in a town centre. Question - do I need permission from the shop owners, whose logos might appear in the background. Also what about a passing bus with advertising on it ?

Any advice would be very much appreciated.
