** FILM LOCATION HELP **

I am looking for a location for a short film set for filming on the 17th/18th December - can anyone help?

We are in need of a bedroom, landing and hallway from the front door and up to the stairs. Below are the requirements.

* Ideally a children's bedroom, or one that we can set dress
* The bedroom should be at least 5-6m between window and bed (must be a large window)
* The bedroom ceiling between 3-5m high
* The bedroom ideally would be on the ground floor or have an accessible window that can be used to have someone climb through
* The bedroom floor should be carpeted (ideal but not a necessity).

Ideally we are looking at London or Kent (as long as it is central enough or easy to get to) with parking.
The date we are looking for is the 17th and the 18th December (we would need full access on both days and evenings) exact times TBC
