Go to your local live music pub. They know everyone.

But why limit yourself to "energetic and upbeat".

When I say "live music pub", I mean when there is a gig on. And then talk to the band(s).

No one refers anyone if they don't know you. Because if it goes wrong, THEY get the blame.

I'm assuming you don't want to get paid. That's a very different sale :-)
