It's for a low budget short film taking place at night. If the location has a glass wall/window by the main entrance, and a kitchen (not required, would be more convenient), that would be preferable so it fits the script.

The Green Man : 56, Muswell Hill, London, N10 3ST is boarded up and been closed a while now. Not sure who owns it but worth trying the council?
