Looking for a basement kitchen and disused mortuary or old hospital, south east/london

For two different shoots we are looking for:
1. Basement kitchen, small, with few windows, high up if possible, not too luxurious, utilitarian is better - 2 days

2. An old disused hospital with a mortuary - 5-days

Both preferred in the south east or London. Can pay but budget is limited. Any suggestions?

Thanks Brendan, He does have 2 or 3 amazingly, but quite expensive, though he is very helpful in trying to work a less expensive option out.
