'dog in snow' in latter half of march.
& need a cheap or free location we can use,
could be a white background or cool space

Indoors or outdoors?
Which Borough? Some councils are more relaxed than others.
There's a white(ish) tunnel at the top end of Falcon Park in Clapham Junction that has some funky lighting. Wandsworth borough I've worked with before. They're probably cool with it so long as you don't obstruct people. Or just go Guerrilla.

i think yes it will be Guerilla to a degree,
alas she's already shot inside a tunnel ,
an inside artist studio might work
