Would I be right in guessing this is a personal story? If it is, and it really is a story the world needs to see, then it may be worth offering a little cash/exchange so someone with no personal connection can also feel some reason to engage.

If it isn't personal, then maybe give some more clues (if you own all the rights, it's not really a huge risk). Is this set in (say) Nigeria, where Boko Haraam have denied girls receiving any kind of secular education, with a plucky mother surreptitiously teaching maths whilst walking to the market? Or something similarly compelling? Does she find a way through perseverance? What was denied? Or is it a Daily Mail story about someone wanting their special snowflake child to go to a school outside of catchment area? At the moment, the story could be anything, so more clarity might help writers decide if it's worth dedicating weeks or months to, if the story comes with them :)

Hello Marianna, and a good day to you. My true story involve mother has 11 children, father away most of the year.
Mother left to fend on her own with the kids, plus to top it up 'taking care of staff working for the family business.' Eventually mother couldn't take no longer.
