Looking for a Creature Creator for short film.

Hi Shooting People community,

My name is Michael, I am currently looking for someone who can help create a small creature for my latest short film. I'm looking for someone who can take the ideas from within the script and the directors vision/storyboards and create something new and unique for the film.

We are looking to use practical effects so the creature would eventually be controlled with puppetry. If anyway could point me in the right direction or has any suggestions of someone who could help it would be greatly appreciated.

Brendan with regards to the kind of creature they will be around the height of your knee roughly. Would like for them to be practical and controlled by puppetry if possible, however this can be discussed while we develop the creature. They are described in the script as being sharp toothed and are nicknamed Shredders.

I want the Creatures to be cute (for want of a better word) enough that you would come up to them but when they decide to attack and show their teeth they are vicious and when in a pack they are difficult to escape.

Leaning more towards films like Critters and Gremlins rather than any kind of demon. We have a basic idea of look but really want spmeone to bring their skill to the creature.

Anything else specific you’d like to know dont hesitate to ask.
