Hey, I'm looking for somewhere to shoot that looks derelict and abandoned, preferably nice and cheap and preferably with a power source.

it depends what sort of location you want? in and around London Bridge is a bit 'abandoned look' about it or maybe around waterloo a few suggestions given your vague descriptions. do know about power source availabilty.
