Sheridans (http://www.sheridans.co.uk/) are a good company. I use them when I need contracts drawn up and I find there pricing very reasonable....of course how we feel about pricing is all relative of course. Anyway there client attention is excellent and Im never kept waiting when I need answers.
Hope this helps

One point to consider - if it's a Doc that might have legal issues beyond the norm (is it contentious?) then the value of having a serious (for which read expensive) name as your lawyer can be very useful. It means that anyone trying it on will be told, by their lawyer, that you're tooled up, and to forget it.
In a non media case I got the Chairman of a PLC out of a board meeting simply by instructing the PA "he can't be disturbed" to "pass him a note informing him that my lawyer is so and so, and that it relates to something you are launching tomorrow". So and So was the leading UK lawyer in his field. He came out of the meeting, we agreed a verbal settlement, and I had my money in a week.
