Looking for a modern (largish) bedroom with ensuite bathroom to film in East London for 6 hours mid Nov. Can pay. Any suggestions welcome.

We need to film a few scenes in a bedroom that has an en suite bathroom. We have £400 in the budget and would need approx 6 hours on a Mon in Nov.

We're filming in East London so would like to find a location there.
