Hellow,
My name is Yam Thapa. I am a film Student. I am planning to make a Low budget movie titled, "NOIR". During end of July for two week. For this I will be needing a modern looking Apartment. Since this is a low budget movie, I can only afford to pay £100 or less for two week.
If anybody out there willing to help me. please let me know.
Kind Regards
Yam Thapa

Hi Yam,
I hope you find what you're looking for, but just in case you don't, it might be worth thinking about your 'plan B' now, whilst you still have a chance to plan around it.
On a residential lease, two weeks worth might be over a grand. On a short let in the busy season it might be more like three grand. Not many people will let that go for £100 including the inevitable mess and damage of a film unit. They either need to move out of home for a fortnight or happen to be on holiday and extremely trusting to hand over their home, parking, bedroom, photographs, memories, kitchen, electricity etc for £100. I know £100 is a lot to you, but it's nothing compared with the costs and risks or inconvenience. This is why an alternative plan made now might be prudent! Not trying to discourage you, indeed I'm trying to make your shoot possible!
Perhaps your college has a room they'll not use which you can dress as an apartment? Perhaps rethink the script so it takes place in a film school? Perhaps write the short version you can film in a weekend and hope you can get a 2-day favour for £100? Maybe your own flat/halls/bedroom can be dressed and double up? It's a good time to think resourcefully as all filmmaking is a compromise (we're in the illusions business).
