Looking for a Prison location in or close to London for Youth Development project

Hi all:

I'm looking for a Prison type location for a short project involving a young students from a community outreach project.

The scene involves an inmate calling home for the first time, and we would need a location that could pass for the hallway/stairwell of a Prison.

Need the location for about 4 hours, and typically given the nature of the project, we are operating on a very limited budget. I'd really appreciate any suggestions.
