Looking for a woodland location to shoot at dusk in East London

6 years, 5 months ago - Abigail Addison

Looking for a wood or forest to film in at dusk for a few hours on a low budget. Seems that most council run parks close at dusk. Ideally looking for somewhere in East London or East of London. Any suggestions? Any good experiences? Thanks!

Yes. Particularly the hollow ponds - Whipps cross round about area. nearest tube is Wanstead, I think

Hainault Country Park (parking off Manor Rd at north corner). It's east London, although I'd still choose Epping as it's more undulating. Warning: you might find that the car parks get gated off at dusk, even if the woods themselves are still accessible.
