I rent an apartment with friends every year in Cannes and this year we have 2 places left.

Here's an outline:
It's a 3 room apartment, with room comfortably for 7
It's a 10 minute walk to the Palais, just off the Croisette
It's very quiet, safe and secure
There's a large full-stocked kitchen, with a wrap-around terrace over-looking the Med
Marble floors, nice beds, all bedding/towels included
All people staying will be cool, and everyone will have their own keys
There's a Carrefour supermarket 30 seconds from the front door

Price-wise, it's €400 per person depending on how many of us there are staying.
The price would be a little less if you're staying just a few days particularly from May 20th and onwards.
