Good luck but that's a big ask!
Thought - we looked at closed schools for a project. They didn't work for us for technical reasons, (one had no parking as the car park had been rented out, the other was by a busy road and too noisy, but as they were still owned by the Council, we were offered them for nominal (expenses covering) money.
If you can afford to dress the space, classrooms or school halls in closed schools might suit.

To clarify, by closed, I meant no longer used, not just closed for hols. It takes the Councils month/years to decide what to do with them so they can be available for ages.
