Hi fellow SP's,

Not sure if this is the right place if not then please accept my apologies and point me in the right direction :-)


I photograph weddings my partner has been shooting corporate videos and short docs/interviews but now say's he would like to start shooting cinematic styled weddings using mainly prime lenses aiming at hi-end clients both in the UK & abroad.
When not shooting weddings he would like the team to work on hi-end corporate, fashion, music and even commercials.
Granted that there will be startup issues mainly building a showreel and developing clients which I don't mind organising.

I will also be looking for an additional 2 videographers who like shooting in a cinematic style that can bring skills to the table while being great team players at the same time, I'll be looking to take on a couple of assistants, possibly students of film/video/editing that are passionate in this field otherwise individuals that are really committed.


Skills that we are looking for.

To have a good eye for detail and spotting the moments before they happen.
To have a good understanding of equipment and be a quick learner.
To be polite and have good manners/This is very important!
To be team players but at the same time to be competent to get things done while alone.
To be patient while new business is generated or perhaps offering to help in generating it (Support, ideas, recommendations.)
To be of smart appearance (We may decide on a similar dress code, not uniform though.)
To be passionate enough so that we aim to be the best at what we do/offer.
To have a good skill set/or be a good learner.
