Looking for an attic space for a short film. Can pay!

We are currently searching for an open attic space for a short film. The main character sets up a vinyl player and dances in the attic so it needs to be big enough for a man to dance in + camera etc. At this point we are open to any suggestions. We can also throw £100 your way for the use of it for 1 day.
