Hi Shooters

I am looking for a Council Estate with access to Roof and elevator
High-rise building should be 6 stories or more higher. roof it should have a small roof cabin/room (not essential)
Ideally East london
Any advices?

Try talking to the local Council and finding their "Filming" person. They might know which suit (even if not Council), and them making the call is likely to be more productive as the building controller will know that they have grilled you re insurance and health and safety etc.
