Hi Brid,

My name's Jon - I'm a filmmaker with 15yrs experience - recently working as Lead Editor for an one-off observational documentary for BBC1.

My work so far has been all-round filmmaking for corporate and documentary work, but I'm looking to specialise in editing, and make a move into scripted films and TV (ideally comedy).

I'm on the lookout for an opportunity to edit a short scripted film, and came across your post.

It'd be great to find out more about your project, and whether it's something I could edit for you. If so, I'd be happy to work without a fee, as this will help me get a scripted credit. My availability is pretty good (I currently work freelance, and have a half-time contract). I'd just want to agree a set number of edit days beforehand, so I can slot it in around my current work commitments.

I'm most familiar with Premiere Pro, so would probably want to work on there, if that's OK with you.

It'd be great to have a chat and talk a bit more about whether this could work for us.
