INDEXLooking for feedback on scripts and tips on choosing and punching-up "calling card" scripts.

I'm in the early stages of scripting an idea for a television drama and would greatly appreciate perceptions of the script, as well as advice on the process of getting a script or treatment in front of people as a calling card for my writing.

Hi there,
I am a script reader, working with a theatre in London and independent screenwriters.
I would be more than happy to have a look into it.
best wishes

Hi Alasdair
You can't get enough feedback, Once you send it out, you only get one chance with each producer or company, so you want it to be your best shot. Luckily there are people who kindly offer feedback for free as well as many excellent paid-for professional services.
As a director of Euroscript, I highly recommend ours, which you can tailor to your needs - from simple feedback to one-to-one Skype consultations. We also have monthly Monday evening development sessions at the BFI - everything is deliberately priced at a reasonable level to help as many writers as possible. And if you're coming to London Screenwriters' Festival (and other festivals) we offer script clinics and a drop-in desk included in the ticket price.

But whether you use us or not, I'd get at least two professional opinions and you do need to make sure you get the fullest feedback you can.
Best wishes
