Looking for interesting, spooky staircase to film a couple of shots in Central London.

This is for a sequence low budget short film and should take a couple of hours. Stairs in an older building would be preferable with a bit of a ghostly feel and nice lighting. Any ideas guys? - I could pay a few bucks.
