Looking for interior location in London (house or warehouse) for music video

We need to find an interior location for a 1 day music video shoot on 8th December - either a blank canvas or somewhere with a domestic feel.

Can anyone recommend a house or warehouse (or do you have one you might consider renting?) for a low fee? We have some budget but can't pay commercial rates

The video will feature a band and a couple of dancers.

Any suggestions much appreciated!
