Just moved into the area,looking for some people who would like to collaborate on some projects. I am a writer (hoping to find a writing buddy!), would love to meet some like minded people in the area.

Hi Penny, I've just recently (re) joined SP so havent got my profile aer up as yet - will do soon. but yes, am relatively local to you (near Chipping Norton) and too am looking for people to work with - I'm a selfshooting filmmaker, writer, editor with a couple of projects I want to develop - there's specifiically a no budget short for the Berwick Film Festival which needs script, cast and crew which I can discuss if you're interested? Hi Penny, I'm a graduate with 6 years of education in media production with experience on set with a profession producer/director/writer. I'm willing to help with any paperwork you may have or offer you some templates (things like location recce's etc....) and I'll more than happily look through your script for you if you like, would offer more services but I'm up in north wales so doubt I'd be able to get to you easily.

Hello! I'm currently living in Birmingham city centre and I am always looking for people to collaborate with and projects to contribute to. I'm a student studying at university in hopes to become a great freelance makeup and hair artist. I have my own kit on the ready and available for any work, whether it happens to be some distance. If you ever carry out some projects, let me know and I'd love to help out with the character makeup aspects of it :)

Hi Penny,
There is regular filmmaker networking on the 1st Monday of every month at the Mockingbird Theatre at the Custard factory, Birmingham. Its a 5 minute walk from Moor Street Station. Next one is tonight from 7pm with Jessica Loveland from Creative England speaking.
If you join Film Forum West Midlands then these and other events are posted regularly. Its also useful for crew.
