Looking for reasonaly priced bar/pub to host a netwroking event.

Hello,

I'm a mature Masters Degree student and I'm helping to organise a networking event with entertainment industry professionals.
Altogether there will be approximately 40-45 people.
Ideally, there should be tables 8/10 and enough chairs to seat everyone.
We are looking for a light buffet service
Buy drinks from the bar, unless that is included in the price?
Need to hire the space for 4.5 hours between 5 pm - 9.30 pm
Ideally, the pub/bar should be located near a tube station

Let me know your thoughts. advice and suggestions.

Try the King and Queen pub in Fitzrovia. They have an upstairs room at very reasonable rates.
