Looking for short films to screen at Cine Circle in London

Hi guys, we're currently looking for short films (under 5 minutes) to screen at our next Cine Circle Film Networking event. There is no submission fee or any fee to screen your film if it is picked. I'm also curious as to whether you're still looking for shorts to screen? Also are there any rules in regards to say unlicensed music being played in the background of scenes? Or it's not an issue? Thanks
