The event will take place once a month. Ideally , I'm looking for a writer but others considered too.

The basics that you would need to do are:

Help me to:
Find a venue – private rooms at a bar are recommended, I have a couple in mind.

Help me: Find special guests – one per month

Help me: Run the event – check in guests, take photos, make announcements

Help me: Update the ISA Facebook event pages and do some social media sharing/outreach

The International Screenwriters Association ISA will:

help get us with prizes, and will give you access to the ISA account to edit the event monthly.

also give us an ISA email address that we can use for outreach. And they enable us on the local ISA Facebook page.

They promote it far and wide on their site, in their newsletters, blasts and social media. They also have a social media intern to help promote and do outreach to local writing groups.


The event is a great way to bring the community together and make some real connections.

And as a Local Co- Coordinator, you would get a free premium benefits which will be discussed with the suitable person.

Reliability is the key!
