Hi guys!

I run a podcast company and this time last year was looking for a 2/3 desk office space. And then covid hit, and the whole business plan changed for a year.

This is slightly premature still, but I'm hoping that I might be able to sublet or pick up the end of a lease as soon as restrictions start to lift in the spring or early summer. Most of the flexi office providers are still charging the same price that they were before everyone started WFH and I know that there are a lot of businesses tied into office space that their work no longer demands, so I thought I'd look at the possibility of subletting or sharing a space.

If you have office space that you think might be available in a few months, do drop me a line to nick@podotpods.com so we chat about it. I'm also happy to share office space with companies working in the creative industries (though preferably not competitors in podcasting!) as I think there might also be some mutually beneficial synergy from that.
